Chicago Pneumatic adds to generator lineup with CPG 150, 200

By On-Site Staff

Filling in gaps in its generator lineup, Chicago Pneumatic Power Technique introduced the re-engineered CPG 150 and brand-new CPG 200 late last year.

Designed for construction, among other demanding applications, the mobile generators offer the same economical operation and ease of serviceability as other machines in the CPG line.

Equipped with John Deere 6068 Tier 4 Final diesel engines, both units offer dual frequency capabilities. Each generator has a 335-gallon fuel tank, with the CPG 150 running for 37 hours at 100 per cent load and the CPG 200 running for 28 hours.

The generator enclosures are built with powder coated steel that is both weatherproof and corrosion resistant. A standard variable speed fan is designed to lower noise emissions, reduce fuel use and deliver better performance in cold-weather environments.
